About Cambia-Menti Di Ciccio Vitiello

The warm hum of the dining room, paired with the faint aroma of wood-fired ovens, shapes a welcoming atmosphere at Cambia-Menti Di Ciccio Vitiello. Patrons are drawn not only by conviviality but also by the intriguing variety found within the pizza offerings. The crust strikes a balance—airy yet robust enough to hold generous toppings without collapse. Some plates showcase inventive choices that stray from the familiar, though certain traditional selections remain standout options. Exploring Cambia-Menti Di Ciccio Vitiello's menu reveals a thoughtful interplay between classic ingredients and subtle innovations, a detail appreciated by those searching for more than just a typical pizza experience.

Photos shared online often capture the vibrancy of the food, mirrors of the care put into presentation and portioning. The toppings appear fresh, colors vivid against the golden base of the dough, inviting exploration beyond initial appearances. Reviews frequently highlight the consistency of the dough and the balance of flavors, though sporadic feedback points to occasional waiting times that could disrupt the leisurely pace some might expect. The staff navigates the space with a blend of attentiveness and discretion, contributing to a dining environment that feels both relaxed and genuine. While light on décor, the setting leans into its rustic charm without pretense, complementing the straightforward nature of the cuisine rather than vying for attention.

Comfortable enough for casual visits yet distinct enough to merit curiosity, this restaurant occupies a modest space within Caserta's culinary scene. The overall experience lingers partially in the textures and flavors of the dishes, inviting reflection over how traditional pizza evolves in everyday contexts. Despite being listed among other local choices, Cambia-Menti Di Ciccio Vitiello’s take on staples offers something quietly compelling. Occasional glimpses into the kitchen or passing conversation reveal a dedication that matches the positive aspects woven through user feedback, though the pace and ambiance might not suit those seeking a brisk or highly stylized meal environment.

I used to come often to Caserta and have been to all the pizza places almost, but never heard about this place. I learned about this place from Robb Report and decided to visit. Very good pizzas, not tradicional at all. The dough was something special. Desert MAX is heaven on earth. Fully deserved all the praises.

MY NEW FAVOURITE PIZZERIA! A lovely dining experience, with incredible food, sustainable fresh ingredients, very informative and friendly waiting staff as well, an awesome array of wine and beers! I can’t wait to come back already! 10/10

We live in Rome. Today we had the best pizza ever! The style, the innovation, the presentation, the ingredients are top notch! I can’t understand why the reviews are so low if the place is always full with long line outside and needs to be booked weeks in advance!!

Lives up to its reputation as a top 50 Pizzeria. This place is known for having the best dough and making no traditional, edgy pizzas. Excellent food and good service.A bit hard to find but worth it. They make traditional pizzas but I recommend the artisan ones. Famous for their desserts as well.

Took a chance on this one since it had a convenient booking system and a chocolate pizza. The chocolate pizza didn't disappoint, especially the crispy biscuits on the crep-like base, but the negative review did; the dough was fine, but overall the pizza didn't stand out -and it didn't help that they misunderstood our order of 3 different pizzas and brought us 3 of the negative reviews in addition to the various pizzas we ordered (a random sandwich one which was nicely flaky on the crust and surprisingly tasty, though overall not as light/ crispy as a similar offering by Diego Vitagliano; and the dessert pizza Stardust, which was the highlight of the meal). So with having tried 3 of their pizzas, I conclude that although they tried hard, especially with the service, they aren't yet on the level of the other pizzerias in the area, and I'll skip this one the next time.

Great Pizzeria hidden in a little street in a suburb of Caserta. The pizzas are fantastic and the service is very good and friendly. If you are sitting on the first floor you can even see in TV how the pizzas are done, this is very nice. The chocolate pizza as dessert was the best choice ever!

Wonderful gourmet pizza. This one is special. Top notch pizza but still has a local feel. Clearly interested in the quality of ingredients. There are quite a few great gourmet pizza restaurants in the Caserta area but this may be the best right now.
